The trick – if I can call it a trick – is to know this idea is absolutely true, while at the same time put it into practice on a daily basis.

The Shift the Story podcast offers inspiration, insights, encouragement, and practical tips into making this shift.

Some of the podcasts are interviews with people from all walks of life – and yes – you will even find practitioners sharing their wisdom.
